  • Account Creation and Verification is the First Step - Start by creating an account on Trustname and completing the email verification process, which is necessary to finalize the registration.
  • Utilize Privacy and Proxy Contact Details - Trustname offers Two-Tier domain privacy. You can choose to use the suggested proxy contact information for your Registrant details to save time and keep your personal information private.
  • Search and Understand Pricing - Use the search bar to find your desired domain name. Be aware that pricing varies based on the TLD (e.g., .com vs. specialized TLDs) and if it is a Premium Domain.
  • Crucial Contact Information and Verification - During registration, you must provide Registrant, Administrative, Technical, and Billing contact details. ICANN requires domain contact verification within 15 days of registration; failure to do so can lead to domain suspension.
  • Secure Long-Term and Enable Auto-Renewal - You can register a domain for up to 10 years for long-term security. It is highly recommended to enable auto-renewal to prevent your domain from expiring and going offline.
